I ran out and did this deal last night after my sister told me. The Massillon store was stocked on both varieties of these. I used my gift cards left over from the Schick razor deal a couple weeks ago, so no money exchanged hands plus I ended up with more gift card money than I started & 5 bottles of FREE bathroom cleaner! I received an email from KAO Brands/Curel yesterday offering a free sample of Curel Itch-Defense Skin Balancing Lotion. I already use this and it's pretty darn good. I love getting free stuff in the mail!  I take the time to sign up for free samples that I'd like to try, plus I make a habit to email 3-4 companies each week to voice my opinion on their product or to just simply request coupons. More often than not, I receive a friendly email back notifying me some coupons are on their way.  Love that!

My Free-Loading Trip to Marc's Today

A few weeks ago I noticed Downy Fabric Softener in trial size packets at Marc's while picking up my newspapers and said to myself, "hmmm, I've got a coupon for that."  Today, I went in with a few of my coupons and here's what I got:

These are nice for traveling or just using at home - hard to beat $.05 a load on the fabric softener.  Target and Walmart have the 1 machine load size on the Tide priced at $.97, which after the coupon and sales tax, makes it about $.04 a load.

I always love it when a coupon says "any" and has no exclusions or restrictions listed.  "Any" means ANY (according to customer service at Proctor & Gamble that makes Tide) and that includes the travel sizes so check out the travel section and load up on some freebies!

I completed this in 3 stops - 1 at Giant Eagle, 1 at Walmart, and 1 at Rite Aid (I split my purchases up into 2 separate transactions at Rite Aid so I could use one $5 off $25 & one $5 off $20 total purchase store coupons. I also had to buy some "fillers" to get my total to $20 (or $25) to be able to use those coupons. I bought the GNC Everlast Supplements at $5.99 BOGO and $19.99 BOGO and used my GNC BOGO coupons to get them all free so it didn't add anything to my total after coupons. Heehee, I had to buy the Yardley & some Soft Soap pumps at $.99 each to eat up overage.

I paid $3.90 at Giant Eagle (tax only), $.94 at Walmart, and under $1 for 2 transactions at Rite Aid, making my total cost less than $6 for everything in the picture. Yeah!

My Walmart Haul 5/2/10!

I had 23 "$3.00 off ANY Schick Disposable Razors" coupons expiring 5/2, so I made a quick stop tonight to see if Walmart had any. Would you believe they had exactly 23? I noticed the Nivea Body Wash was $3.97 and since I had some $4 off coupons from this weekends coupon inserts with me they went in the cart. I also remembered the Reach Floss and Carefree would be free after the $1/1 coupons, too...then forgot the Carefree! So here's what I purchased with my coupons and $.53 in change!

4. Sign into Fandango or create a new account.

I usually don't shop Target, it's just not convenient for me, but every now and then a great deal lures me in! Called the store manager at Target and will be picking up a $10 Target Gift Card plus $6.94 when I return the El Monterey box (they didn't want the contents back). Thank you Target!
